Recently, after three months of unremitting efforts of our colleagues, we have successfully delivered specifications to foreign customers: 812mm×7.92mm×6000mm large-diameter seamless thin-walled stainless steel pipe. Since the company began to transform in 2009, it has led the production of high-precision mechanical engineering standards. The stainless steel tube was changed to research and production of thin-walled stainless steel seamless steel tubes. After ten years of continuous innovation and improvement, we are mature in the field of large-diameter thin-walled seamless stainless steel tube processing and manufacturing, and always maintain the leading domestic level. From the original production of thin-walled seamless pipes with a wall thickness of sch10s, it is now possible to produce sch5s, etc. From the beginning of the production of thin-walled tubes of austenitic materials, it is now prone to breakage during the cold drawing process of thin-walled stainless steel pipes. The problem is to produce a super-duplex stainless steel thin-walled tube with a higher strength and hardness, and a thin-walled tube of a nickel-based alloy material. To this end, we will continue to improve and work hard to provide customers with better stainless steel pipes and fittings.
